The U.S. House passed bipartisan legislation by a vote of 373-15 on June 29 to reauthorize the Terrorism Risk Insurance Act (TRIA) for seven years, advancing a key priority for commercial real estate and moving Congress closer to enacting a long-term extension before the program expires at the end of 2027.
