Senate Passes Seven-Year, Clean TRIA Reauthorization

This action advances a key priority for commercial real estate, critical infrastructure, major sports leagues, and all other consumers of terrorism risk insurance and further demonstrates Congress’ desire to enact a long-term extension of the program well in advance of its expiration at the end of 2027.
